Horrible experience, horrible support, and they take no responsibility and do not hold themselves accountable when they make a mistake that causes clients money.
Pros:
I signed up for Navotar and was moved to Rentall without notice.
Cons:
Support is terrible. Monthly payment is via a foreign company and additional fees were charged by my bank. Outages caused missed reservations.
Reasons for Switching to RENTALL:
Horrible support, found a much better product, with more features for the same cost.

Issues all the time, not responding to emails and sometimes it takes months to fix critical issues. In the meantime we have to work with a rental system that calculates wrong days and prices and costs us money if we not pay very good attention.

0verall I just wish they had not bought out Navotar and we were still using that program. We had to switch to a completely new company and website which again we lost time and money during that transition.
Pros:
This company Rentall bought out Navotar. We did not like the switch at all. Thankfully they let us continue to use Navotar until it became obsolete.
Cons:
The added more steps and complicated the rental process with the new version. Our site was infected with porn and malware, we had numerous occasions were it was completely down for various reasons. We lost a lot of money at critical times using Rentall during those times as our business is 85% seasonal. Lots of the staff that was with Navotar left after they were bought out. It was very clear that some of the developers have never been on the other side of renting cars.
Reasons for Switching to RENTALL:
Because we were forced to as Rentall bought out Navotar!

"The most disgusting experience of my life."

The worst thing about this company is that they absolutely do not know how to build communication with customers. Our letters went unanswered for weeks and months. No one seems to have read the documents describing the tasks we prepared for them. Even the documents prepared by Rentall's employees were never used for work. Sometimes after months (!) it turned out that the programmers had not read what their own managers had written. There is no quality control at all. We were repeatedly shown unfinished work and they assured us that we could start using the platform, but because of the bugs, we were never even able to make a single test booking. Our cooperation with Rentall cost us two lost years and a huge amount of money. I would not recommend working with this company to anyone.
Pros:
At first we liked the relatively affordable price, simplicity and functionality of the platform.
Cons:
Despite the company's advertising claims, the platform is completely unsuitable for the scooter and motorcycle rental business. However, Rentall's managers assured us that they could customize the platform for our needs. We spent two years (!), but the customization was never completed. We wrote hundreds of documents and emails, talked to the company's management, and did our best, but in vain. In the end, we came to the conclusion that Rentall simply does not have competent specialists who understand how the rental business works.
