Overall, it is a game changer and the people who helped us were great. Special shout-out to [sensitive content hidden] who we worked with to get set up. Very competent and always personable and professional. 10/10 recommend.
Pros:
HQ is very intuitive and the flow of operations is exactly how we do it
Cons:
The reports are not customizable. There are several great reports, but some analytics are not available without a separate module
Reasons for Switching to HQ Rental Software:
Rent Centric required us to adapt our processes to their clunky system. No rate shopping integrations
