The data management portion of the program has been very useful when our main rental program has limitations for historical data storage.
Cons:
With how much information is available, it can be hard to find what report you are looking for.

"Truly awful...and don't care"

we've been double billed, software often stops working after updates, price keeps going up, support doesn't answer the phone..............
Pros:
I'm still thinking....there is not much to be happy about these people

Breaks down constantly...doesn't seem to bother them though, support is just awful
